Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Sri Lanka: Islandwide delivery available

  • International Shipping: Available for selected products (delivery times may vary by destination)

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within Sri Lanka: 7–14 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or customs procedures.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international orders must be borne by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.

Delays & Issues

PitsGear Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details so we can assist you promptly.
